Shipping methods

Our company offers to you the convenience of alternative ways of  product delivery. When your order, you are asked to choose how you wish to receive or to send you the products you have ordered. Depending on your choice  the total final cost of your order is formed. The delivery cost will be included in the total payment confirmation after the completion of your order.

1. Time, Method, Place of Delivery

The time of delivery of your order, is defined prior to finalization and by an email order confirmation you receive in the contact details you have provided.

a) Our company’s partner carrier, for international deliveries (only within EU) is TNT and General Postal is used for deliveries within Greece.

b). Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the buyer as part of the basic delivery schedule each transport company. We can not guarantee either the arrival time or the exact time of delivery of the goods ordered, as they depend on the transport companies we work with. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure events or games or events beyond its control. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, by not delivering the risk passes to the buyer in accordance with Article 524 CC. Transport costs are what sets each time the pricing of each transport company, which is solely responsible for the shipping charges, which may alter the rates at any time. The Euthalia company is not responsible for any such change in prices.

c) When the right of withdrawal, we encourage you to contact us with our Customer Service Department via the section Contact Us. In this case, the consumer while burdened with the costs of return, but Euthalia Cosmetics will assume responsibility for the transport of the delivery to the carrier. d) Gifts Orders: You can order one or more gifts and send them to any recipient you wish, within the European Union simply by completing the form found on our website, the address and details of the recipient, so that the product delivered directly to him. i) The shipping costs for orders within the European Union (about TNT), not including Greece, will be calculated automatically on page shopping cart and will be included in your order form before completion and payment.

ii) For shipments throughout Greece, with General Postal, shipping costs will be calculated automatically on page shopping cart (depending on the volumetric weight of every request) and will be included in your order form before completion and payment.

Note that all the above prices may change at any time.

iii) clarify how for deliveries outside the European Union can apply product desire by contacting our Customer Service Department via the section Contact Us, having previously selected as the country of residence “Other countries” and judged by a special process that our product delivery possible We will confirm the acceptance of your order and the shipment of the product. 2. Free Shipping

i) The Free shipping for deliveries to EU countries is valid only for orders over 200 € for deliveries within Greece only applies for orders over 50 €

ii) This service is NOT valid for deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU).

If upon delivery you are not at the delivery address to receive your package, the distributor will leave you note with instructions on how to receive your order. The distributor will attempt to deliver your product to 3 times, otherwise it will remain at the distributor sites at your own risk and expense and in general the carrier storage conditions. If you declare cash on delivery and not contact our Customer Service Department via the section Contact us to receive the product within 5 days of the failed delivery attempt to you, your order will be canceled automatically.

i) In addition, please note that the products delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs clearance and related costs, and can also be added to these charges and other costs as required by the national legislation for which bears the responsibility the company. We can not know in advance what might these charges, by contrast, the consumer has more possibilities to know or to be informed of them or, at least, for the possibility of their existence and for this reason we recommend that you check the possibility this before you make any order from our website.

ii) Each country has its own customs policy, so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. At the same time, please note that when ordering from our website is considered that you enter the products and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where they will receive the products.

iii) The shipping costs for international destinations (outside the EU) depends on the volumetric weight of every product and each destination. As we process your order, you will receive prior notice for these details to be fully and properly informed about the costs included in the delivery of your order.

If the product of the order is not available for reasons of force majeure or incidents fortunes for more than 15 days (after the confirmation of the order) as wholly indicative and not exhaustive due to deficiencies in production or an inability of the supplier, our Customer Support Department will communicates with the client to address the problem. If the customer does not agree to go to another market, you will be offered a full refund within 15 days, without interest.

3. Withdrawal
3.1. Our aim is to ensure total customer satisfaction. In any case, we invite you to check the products upon receipt. However, if you receive a defective product or if there is any problem, immediately contact our Customer Support through the section Contact us for more details. Also read the Delivery Policy which governs the issues of returns and total force to the present.
3.2. Users who make transactions in our online store as consumers can make a withdrawal from the transaction within 14 (calendar) days from receipt of the order by sending (within that period) the withdrawal form or otherwise with the mission statement withdrawal with the product provided that in this case both (product declaration) received by the Company within 14 days of receipt of the product.
3.3. If you exercise your right of withdrawal from the market of a product not then excluded for withdrawal of products purchased from our online store, the following apply:
a) The refunds should be made within no later than 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal by sending your responsibility and your expense only to the headquarters Euthalia & Barbatus company.
b) To be eligible for a return to should the product you send to receipt by us to be in the condition it was received, not used, complete with the original packaging intact, together with all the documents accompanying the product and they have maintained the correct storage conditions.
c) The products being returned must be sent to the above address and should be accompanied by: a) the Proof Retail / Sales Invoice or Delivery Note and the Declaration of Withdrawal (even if we have it already written and electronic). In particular, the form must be completed with all the necessary information requested, printed and signed by you. Then put the form together with the return package.
d). Where the conditions of paragraph b) and c) above, the refund of the price you have already paid will be made directly by us or in collaboration with the cooperating provider payment or otherwise within the time period prescribed by law in case of withdrawal. If money refunded by a third party payment provider agent (eg PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) may be charged with any commission that the particular third party provider will charge based on usage and operating conditions of, for which there responsible our company.
e) particularly note that unless these conditions are met or if there is any of the aforesaid documents accompanying the product, your request for withdrawal can not be satisfied, and the product will be returned to you freight prepaid.
f) It is recalled that the withdrawal is not the case Gift Card purchase.
4. Change / Cancel Order
4.1 Change or cancel an order (either product or Gift Card) is only accepted if the order confirmation has been sent, that order can not be completed. Attention because it is noted that after the order confirmation is NOT possible either to change the declared delivery address for any reason, for safety reasons (combating fraud).
4.2. You, if you are a consumer, to exercise the right of withdrawal or the product return process.

If any required repayment of all or part of the price that may have already been paid to our Company on your order cancellation or change in the above, the corresponding amount will be refunded directly in a way to be agreed between us. If money refunded by a third party payment provider agent (eg PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) may be charged with any commission that the particular third party provider will charge based on usage and operating conditions of, for which there responsible our company.

Returns

5. Returns true if the defect or lack of guaranteed properties
5.1 Our aim is to ensure total customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a defective product by our fault or if there is any other problem from our fault, immediately contact our Customer Service Department via the section Contact us for more details.
5.2. In all cases of returning goods because of established real defect or proven lack of guaranteed properties of our fault, purchased from our online store, the following apply:
j) Returns are only in the direction from which you sent the product. The receipt of the product from our company will be handled only by our partner carrier after contact our Customer Service Department via the Contact Us section to tell us about the problem detected has occurred on a specific product. The delivery of the product to be returned will be made solely by the delivery address which you indicated when placing your order.
ii) To accept a return to the product must be in the condition it was received, not used, complete with the original packaging intact and preserved the correct storage conditions.
iii). Products returned must be accompanied by: With Retail / Sales Invoice Receipt or Delivery Note, particularly point out that if there is any of the aforesaid accompanying product documentation, your request is not the product may not be satisfied not received from our company.
